The whole system is in English, making all the mandatory or replied to messages in English. For most part is ok, but many people in my country will not understand the questions, requests or instructions. For example: "Please provide your Name exactly like Name: Jim Smith" is something that people that are not bilingual won't have a clue of what it is. Also the STOP message is ok but the rest of it, like "HELP for help. Msg&Data rates may apply". We should be able to select for each sub-agent/account the language to be used for the mandatory messages. I can help with the Spanish translation.
It would be great if the check-in kiosk could have dedicated templates for different use case. For example if my client is a chiropractor, I should be able to choose a dedicated SMS-iT chiropractor check-in kiosk template. Furthermore, this template should have functions that allows a user to select what issue the chiropractor should work on during the appointment. See the attached photo for example. Please upvote.
