No way to filter contacts to none.


I am running 2 automation with 1000 contacts to change owners/opp owners.
Contact Owner Showing empty but there is in the platform, then Contact Owner's name is showing in the Account name from the endpoint output

After Call Work is when a call has ended there is a threshold to work on the account before the next call comes in.

Can I create a Smart Dialer for everyone in the collab account? Like set a group of contacts for a certain collab acct to call?

We need to do something about this as conversations are either misplaced or not on the right account.
We previously tested it and it works with IB but now it is not even working.

If the system can read the caller's information before it is passed in the system, it will be nice to route the call to the contact owner.
