The sub-accounts are acting more like "user" accounts: They have access to the main accounts data/settings Any settings changed on sub-accounts changes on all accounts. toggling sub-account "permissions" enables/disables access to the tool (but that tool is directly connected to the main account settings/data. This is more like a user or team member, than a sub-account. Please separate access from sub-accounts and main account. What should happen: sub-account should be completely separate sub-account should not be able to access main account settings/data maybe need "permssions" and "access", or "features". ---- Example: one set of toggles is for features to be enable/disabled inside a sub-account. one set of toggles is for the sub-account to access the main account data.
Would be great if the iOS app had native CallKit integration. That way the SMS-iT app can be installed on a phone and can make/receive calls directly from the app, receive notifications, reply to SMS, etc... without setting up a forwarding number.
The credentials for Twilio are displayed as plain text to main account and sub-accounts. Twilio Account Sid Twilio Auth Token After saving credentials, they should no longer be displayed as plain text... or even a "password field". The auth token should not render in HTML at all. Just show bullet points.

A geo-fencing feature to be built in our the SMS-iT platform and upcoming Metaverse. This geo-fencing feature would enable users to target audiences based on their physical or virtual geographical location. For the Physical World: Audiences would receive the marketing materials on their smartphones. For the Metaverse: Audiences would receive the marketing materials in their Avatar chat box.
Simplify the sign-in process, by combining the Cloud and Decentralized Version account login as one easy flow. This also includes the Decentralized Version Gateway. Once you login to any version, you would be automatically logged-into all versions and can switch between both versions easily, from within the main left navigation bar. Eg, If you login to the Cloud Version, you would be automatically logged-into the Decentralized Version too, including the Decentralized Version gateway.
Simplify the onboarding process, by combining the Cloud and Decentralized Version account opening process as one easy flow. This also includes the Decentralized Version Gateway. This would enable a single account for both the Cloud and Decentralized versions so that as a user, you are not required to open 2 different accounts, each for both versions. You would also be able to register just once, for either the Cloud or Decentralized version, and then have access to both versions, using the same account login credentials.
